Refund Policy
- Customers are allowed to inspect the order before making payment to the courier.
- Once the order is paid for, no refunds are available under any circumstances.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and may apply again for exchanged items.
- Exchange requests can be initiated by contacting our customer service team through our social media DM’s or via WhatsApp on 71 069 618.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Socks and Buffs items
- Sale or promotional items
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items reported within this timeframe are eligible for direct exchange, subject to verification.
