1. Order Processing

Orders are delivered within 2- 4 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can inspect your items before paying the courier.
Once payment is made, the order is final and non-refundable.

2. Delivery & Charges

We deliver through trusted courier partners.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of delivery, based on product availability.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
Delivery charges may apply for exchanges.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery to our customer service team.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for exchange.

5. Address Accuracy

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details.
Mask Off is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.
