These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mask Off website and all purchases made through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in full. 1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Mask Off does not guarantee that product images accurately reflect actual colors or appearance.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without liability.

3. Orders, Inspection & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch.
Customers are permitted to inspect the order prior to payment to the courier.
Once payment is completed, the sale is final and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refusal to pay after inspection may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.

4. Pricing, Delivery & Risk Transfer

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are borne by the customer and are strictly non-refundable.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
Mask Off shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by third-party couriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only within 2 calendar days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase is mandatory.
Mask Off reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any exchange request.
Additional delivery or handling charges may apply to exchanged items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to notify within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the product as delivered.
All claims are subject to verification and approval at Mask Off’s sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mask Off shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Mask Off’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
No liability shall arise from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Mask Off.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
